Carpet in unit but tile on lanai, accordion shutters on the windows. The washer/ dry.er is just steps away from the unit and there is one set on each floor. Very active 55+ community. Maintenance includes heated and cooled community pool, clubhouse, billiards, library, game room, community room for aerobics, barbecues. Cannot be rented unless owned for 2 years. No pets, commercial vehicles, trucks or motorcycles. Application fee $150 and an interview is required. Exceptions to furniture: 2 brown chairs, bookshelf, 2 chairs, plant stand, small table and lamp on lanai do not stay.
